The challenge
Help ChefsList modernize and structure app experience. ChefsList helps wholesalers to digitalize the german wholesale industry. As a scrappy but lovely startup from Berlin and Frankfurt, I helped them show their charisma through the app while not having a huge team of developers.
That means changes to the interface and brand were mostly possible in small increments.
Strategic UX digs deeper into the problem.
The UX Strategy is about, going back to the drawing board and looking at the messy overall picture. A lot of the time clients wanted solutions to flawed problems. That’s where we interview the problem, until we have clarity.
