Developing and prototyping digital product ideas, with a focus on AI and human-centered workflows. Moving between product thinking, go-to-market strategy, interface design and hands-on implementation.
HAMED
BAHRAMI
Hamed Bahrami is a product designer and builder based in Berlin. He helps teams turn complex problems into clear, working products. As a curious and lighthearted multi-hyphenate creative, he strives for excellence across strategy, research, interaction design and implementation.
He’s worked with established brands like sonnen, Deutsche Bahn, Commerzbank and UBS, and small, scruffy Berlin startups like ChefsList. He’s comfortable shaping the direction or getting stuck into the details. A neurodivergent, multicultural soul, he feels at home working with people from all parts of the world.
He’s also taught UX design, encouraging young designers to put it into practice and question how it’s done. Along the way, he learned to play guitar at work and learned to snowboard as part of the job. He also fell in love with endurance sports and took part in one of the toughest triathlons in the French Alps. Not everything stayed on screen.
After a recent break to look after his mental health, he’s back, available for work and ready for new challenges. Let’s talk.

Flink's customer experience was fast, but the systems behind it were complex, so I brought the business-critical Hub interface in-house to make daily operations easier to manage.
I helped a small Berlin startup relaunch its brand, website and app. The work combined user research, product and interaction design, and a lean approach to brand design.
I taught UX design at Macromedia University with my good friend and colleague Christopher Leineweber, helping students understand user-centered design methods and shape digital experiences. We taught remotely during COVID, with occasional guitar sessions along the way, and received high ratings from students.
I helped a small Berlin triathlon club look and feel like a bigger brand, from its website and visual identity to the tri-suits worn on race day. What started as a hobby project became something I got deeply involved in.
Led design work for an outdoor platform used to explore routes and destinations. Worked across product direction, user experience and shipped web and mobile features.

Created visual and digital design work in a studio environment. Combined strong visual craft with the design of clear, usable digital experiences.
Through Strive Collective, I led UI and interaction design for the relaunch of the sonnen app. The work also extended to web design.
Taught and contributed to creative direction at a design school. Helped students develop their design practice and communicate ideas through digital work.
Led development work and helped bring digital projects from concept into implementation. A foundation in engineering that continues to inform a design-led, hands-on approach.
Began working in digital and creative environments while studying. Built an early foundation in agency work, collaboration and digital production.
